Program Terms

We’re excited to help you grow your blog! These terms outline what you can expect from our Group SEO Coaching Program and what we expect from you. By joining and subscribing via PayPal,  you agree to these simple terms.

1. What Our Coaching Program Offers You:

• Awesome Group Coaching: You’ll get access to monthly live group coaching sessions led by Arsen Rabinovich. These are designed to help you learn practical SEO and content strategies. Sessions are recorded, so you won’t miss a thing!
• Your Learning Hub (Members-Only Area): A special spot with session recordings, transcripts, helpful SEO videos, guides, and checklists.
• We’ve Got Your Back (Accountability): Regular check-ins to help you stay on track.
• Smart Grouping: You’ll be in a cohort with other bloggers based on skill level and niche, making the learning super relevant.
• Perks!: Occasional discounts on tools, products, or special reviews.

2. Joining Up & Your Monthly Investment:

• Our coaching program is $250 per month.
• Payments are made easy through a PayPal subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month.
• Make sure your PayPal information is up-to-date to keep your access smooth!

3. Our Community Vibe & Your Part In It:

• We’re all about a positive and supportive learning space. Please be respectful and constructive in all interactions within the group sessions and members’ area.
• Share your insights, but please don’t share spam or solicit other members for unrelated businesses.
• Let’s keep it a great place for everyone to learn and grow!

4. Using Our Program Goodies (Intellectual Property):

• All the cool materials we provide (videos, guides, checklists, session recordings, etc.) are created by us at TopHatRank and are protected by copyright.
• You’re welcome to use these materials for your own learning and to improve your own blog.
• Please don’t share, copy, sell, or teach our program materials to others outside the program. They’re just for our valued members like you!

5. Flexibility: Cancellations & Our Refund Policy:

• We get that things change! You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
• You can manage your cancellation directly through your PayPal account.
• If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current paid monthly period.
• Because you can cancel anytime, we don’t offer refunds for past subscription periods or partially used months. All payments are for the upcoming month of access.

6. Your Amazing Results (But No Magic Wands!):

• We’re committed to giving you awesome SEO coaching and strategies. However, SEO results can vary based on many things, like how you apply the learning, your niche, search engine changes, and lots more factors we can’t control.
• So, while we’re cheering you on and providing top-notch guidance, we can’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or income results. Your success largely depends on your effort and implementation!
• The information we provide is for educational purposes. You’re responsible for the actions you take and the results you achieve.

7. Respecting Our Team:

• To keep our team focused on creating great content for you, we ask that you don’t try to hire our TopHatRank team members directly for private work while you’re in the program or for a short period after.

8. Keeping Things Fair & Friendly (Your Responsibility & Our Liability):

• You’re responsible for how you use the information from this program and for your own website’s content and actions. You agree not to hold TopHatRank or its team responsible for any claims or issues arising from your actions or your website’s content.
• Our liability in connection with this program is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the one (1) month immediately preceding any claim. We believe this is fair for everyone.

9. Your Privacy Matters:

• We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy, which you can find right here: https://tophatrank.com/privacy-policy/, is an important part of these terms. It explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By joining our program, you’re also agreeing to our Privacy Policy.

10. A Safe & Confidential Space:

• We promise to keep your personal information confidential, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
• To make our group a trusted space for sharing, we ask that you please respect the confidentiality of any personal or business information shared by other members during our group sessions or in our community areas. Likewise, please keep our specific program materials (beyond your own learning use) confidential.

11. Keeping Our Community Strong (Our Right to Make Changes):

• To ensure a positive and productive environment for all members, TopHatRank reserves the right to pause or end your participation in the program if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached (for example, by not following our community vibe rules, missing payments despite reminders, or misusing our program goodies). If this happens, refunds are typically not provided.

12. A Quick Note on Age:

• To join our program and agree to these terms, you need to be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live (whichever is older).

13. Sharing Successes & Talking About Our Journey (Accreditation & Promotion):

• Our Program, Your Progress: We’re proud of our Group SEO Coaching Program and the amazing bloggers like you in it! We may share general information about the program, its features, and the types of successes participants achieve (without revealing your personal information or specific private details without your okay).
• Featuring You (With Your Permission!): From time to time, we love to showcase the fantastic progress or success stories of our members. If we’d like to feature your story, website, or a testimonial from you in our promotional materials (like our website, social media, or case studies), we will always ask for your permission first.
• Sharing Your Experience: You’re welcome to share that you’re a member of the TopHatRank Group SEO Coaching Program and talk about your positive experiences and what you’ve learned.
• Working Together: If we both agree it’s a good fit, we might mutually decide to describe our coaching relationship in more detail on our respective websites or promotional channels. We’ll always chat about this and get each other’s approval beforehand.

14. The Legal Bits & Bobs (Important Final Details):

• Changes to Terms: Sometimes we might need to update these terms to reflect changes in our program or for legal reasons. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know (for example, by email or a notice in the members’ area). If you continue in the program after changes are posted, it means you accept the new terms.
• This is Our Full Agreement: These terms (including our Privacy Policy) are the whole agreement between us regarding the coaching program, taking place over any previous chats or versions.
• If One Part Isn’t Right, The Rest Still Is: If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the other parts will still apply.
• Which Laws Apply & How We Settle Disagreements: These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. We hope we never have any disagreements, but if we do, we both agree to first try to sort things out with a friendly conversation. If that doesn’t work within 30 days, we agree to explore mediation in good faith before considering other options.
